Three Cups of Tea

They say a cup of tea solves everything...but I've had about a hundred over the last week and a half and am here to tell you that is false. I had never experienced a real cold until moving until NYC. The kind that completely wipes you out for one...and in this case, almost two weeks. I didn't think it was possible. Any and all cold remedies, movie recommendations, etc. are welcome as I try to kick this. Have a great weekend. xo.

  4. I swear by Source Naturals' Wellness Formula, it is my miracle "drug" and you can get it at Whole Foods and most vitamin stores...feel better! jess happ

  5. Oh man, I hope you feel better. Tea is one of those things that makes you feel better for maybe 5 minutes until you realize that yup - you're still sick. My mom always used to add raspberry jam into my tea - and that would be a miracle worker at getting me to sleep.

  7. ok it sounds gross, but you're going to just do it, ok? 3 cloves of garlic, a knob (whatever size you want) of ginger, some lemon slices - boil in water. add honey to taste and a few dashes of cayenne.

  8. Yup I agree with Christin! I also get elderberry drops and echinacea and put them in my juice every morning. Try a hot bath with Epson salt. They have them in different scents like lavender or eucalyptus. Hope it helps, feel better darlin!
