This skirt reminds me of the beach...so I wore it there. With a neon belt and a head wrap as a bracelet for an extra bit of color. All in all less than $50 invested in this outfit and pretty pleased with it.
I absolutely love the pops of neon! That skirt is amazing...I have a similar one I recently got from Forever 21 and I can't wait to pull it out...and I totally wish I had a beach to pull it out on! Ha. Great look!

I have that headband too! Need to stretch it out a bit to fit my ginormous noggin, so wearing it as a bracelet is a great way to start the process :)
