Weekend Update - 8/15/2011

Spent the first weekend in the city in a while and it was a good one. Friday night and Saturday were jam-packed with a couple housewarming and going away parties, BBQ at the cutest Soho apartment, late afternoon drinks at the Frying Pan and an alfresco dinner at Tortilla Flats in the West Village before a relentless rain storm moved in Saturday night. I don't think it's stopped since and by the looks of the forecast, it's not going to in the near future.  Oh well, I guess we've had a pretty nice summer so far.
